Subscriptions and refunds
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel or change a plan in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
A question looks wrong
Report it from the question in the app. If we confirm the problem, we refund the credit.
Blocking stopped working
Check that QuizAwesome still has its permissions: Screen Time on iPhone; Usage access and Display over other apps on Android. Your phone's settings can turn these off after an update.
Someone is bothering me in a group
Long-press their message to report or block them. We review reports and act on anything that breaks the rules.
